Ohio Ear Institute and Ohio Hearing Institute are permanently closed

Dear Patient,

This is to notify you that the Ohio Ear Institute and Ohio Hearing Institute, both located at 600 Taylor Station Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, permanently closed on October 31, 2025, and is no longer able to provide services to you. We will maintain your medical records for a period of seven (7) years from the date of closure. You may request your medical record by clicking here.

We have identified a trusted group of providers for both routine ear care and hearing aid services.   They have agreed to provide your ongoing care, maintain your medical records, and are conveniently located at our prior location:

I am highly confident they can provide the services you need, and the same excellent patient care you have entrusted us to provide you for nearly twenty years. 

Please call them to schedule an appointment to get established as needed.

To find an alternative provider, you should contact your insurance carrier, your primary care physician, or the specialist/ provider who originally referred you to Ohio Ear Institute, for recommendations of ongoing care beyond Oct 31, 2025.

If you opt to see a different provider, you may elect to have them request your medical records directly by submitting your signed HIPAA release form.
