I was diagnosed with moderate hearing loss years ago by an ENT. I was dreading getting hearing aids because of the stigma and I am only 48. Not to mention the cost ($3,000 for each ear!). A friend referred me to Dr. Ryzenman. I had my right ear operated on Nov 9, 2015, my left on Dec 1, 2015. Two different procedures were done: right ear – ossiculoplasty, left ear – stapedectomy. In my opinion my hearing now is phenomenal, awesome, super, OMG fantastic!!! Had I found Dr. Ryzenman years ago, many a fight could have been avoided. My family was always on me about my hearing, it was so frustrating! But NO MORE! I love my new ears, there was no pain, one little scar behind my left ear, and hardly any recovery. I was hearing better a few days after surgery. Yes, for some people a hearing aid may be the only option but before you pay thousands for a hearing aid – go see Dr. Ryzenman. He and his staff are wonderful. The office staff are all so friendly and professional. Thanks to all of them I am hearing like I did 10 years ago!! Truly life changing!

Dr. Ryzenman performed a Retrosigmoid craniotomy skull base surgery on me to remove a sizable tumor. Not sure if it was technique or God’s grace, but there was zero pain…I’m talking not even a Tylenol when I left the hospital 6 days after the surgery. His staff is second to none. I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing many doctors and have had 13 surgeries on various body parts…this was my best experience ever.
